Witches and Warlocks application

Note from Staff: This class is different than others and is meant to reward dedicated players who are in good standing here. An attempted ceremony without an approved application will lead to a terrible mishap of magics resulting in the death of your character.

Requirements:

Character must be a mage who has attained a greater circle of magic. Race restrictions apply.
Character must be an Elf, Drow, Human, or Vampire. (Please remember the race must make sense for the class. Sidhe have no humanoid form and Fey lack focus.)
Player must have played this character actively for no less than 7 months.
Character used to apply for this class must be the player's only character.
If your request to become a witch/warlock is approved, player must agree to forego applying for a second character for as long as their witch/warlock exists.
